RACE MODE and CATEGORIES

Which bikes are allowed:

Road bikes, gravel bikes and cyclocross bikes (only with curved drop bars) and also MTB.

The starts occur at intervals of 3 – 5 minutes

After every 3rd or 4th run, participants have the opportunity to cycle down to the start.

Group sizes

In all categories (Jedermann, Elite men, Elite women and Juniors) a maximum of 12 athletes start per run. 50% of the starters per run advance to the next round. Up to 4 starters can qualify for the semi-finals as lucky losers (the 4 fastest run times of the starters who were actually eliminated count) A maximum of 16 starters can advance to the semi-finals.
